- Key Lime Pie

- Materials:
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 c. key lime juice (or regular lime juice, approx. 4 limes)
- Graham cracker crust

- Method:
- Beat eggs until foamy. Mix in milk. Add lime juice slowly and beat until just
- mixed in. Pour into crust. This doesn't need to be cooked unless you are
- afraid of Salmonella, then you can cook for 15 min. at 350F. Chill at least 3
- hr then top with Cool-Whip, whipped cream, etc.....
